Koločep (Kalamota) is
the southern most inhabited island in Dalmatia
and closest to the city of Dubrovnik. There is four times a day a ferry
from the port Gruž, Dubrovnik along the islands Koločep, Lopud, Šipan
and back. The distance is only 25 minutes from Dubrovnik.
The island is a car-free oasis of tranquillity and unspoilt nature.
There are two villages on the island on a walk distance of 15 minutes.
The island has many bays, but the largest bay is near the village of
Donje Čelo, where the apartment house "Villa Kalamota" is located.
The house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house, situated in the old
village, just 150 meters from the sea. In the house are three
apartments. A big one for 6 persons, the other two for 4 persons each. A
baby cot can always be added. |

This spacious
apartment on the ground floor has three bedrooms, a large living room,
fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet.
Air-conditioning, TV and a beautiful terrace with stunning views over
the island and the sea make it complete. A wonderful property for
6 persons.

From both of these
apartments are no pictures. They are now both still under construction.
They are situated on the first floor and have an internal staircase to a
gallery under the roof. In this gallery is a double bed and overlooks
the living room. Besides the living room is a bedroom and a bathroom
with shower.
A spacious balcony makes it complete.
These apartments will be carried out with air-conditioning and TV.
