The house of Ivo Žec is situated on the road to the Šunj beach and only on 50 meters distance from the boulevard. In front of the house is a large terrace where if you wish the breakfast can be served. In this house are a 5 persons apartment, a 3 and 2 persons studio apartment and double bedrooms.

5 persons apartment:
The 5 persons apartment consists of 2 rooms. One room is the bedroom with 3 beds. The second is a living room with sleeping couch for 2 persons and a kitchen corner. From the living room you can reach to the roof terrace, which has a sea view to the side. The apartment has a bathroom with shower and toilet.

3 persons studio apartment
This apartment consists of a bedroom with three beds, a kitchen corner and a bathroom with bath and toilet. There is also a balcony with sea view. 

2 persons studio apartment
Same as the 3 persons apartment only the bedroom is smaller. This apartment also has a bathroom and balcony.
 

Double bedroom
The double bedrooms are quit the same, all have a balcony with sea view and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
